Hi. I am new to the rescue. I am the cutest little puppy ever!

I was rescued from a shelter that was flooded during Hurricane Helene.I am an adorable and sweet pup who needs lots of tlc. I am under weight, but I am eating better than ever and starting to put weight on.

My foster mom will add more info when she gets to know me better.
